Seamlessly deliver your intra-city orders with our newest logistics plugin - Flash by Shadowfax

Your customer, your biggest cheerleader and the reason you wake up and do your amazing work, is waiting desperately for you to ship. You want them to be delighted, because you’ve put your heart and soul into what you make. Everything is on track.
Now, you’re waiting for your trusty delivery partner to come through.
We know the excitement you’re feeling, and we are here to give you more tools to complete your orders successfully!
We are delighted to introduce Flash by Shadowfax as our newest, integrated logistics partner on the Sell With Minis app! Shadowfax allows you to seamlessly deliver intra-city orders to your customers, and offers them real-time tracking (even if they don’t have the Swiggy app!). Shadowfax allows you to deliver orders up to 10 Kgs via two-wheelers in over 51 cities!
Want to get started immediately? Here’s how:
Signing up with Shadowfax as a delivery partner
1. Go to Settings > Click on Delivery Partners under Partner with section > Click on Connect
2. You will get a sign-up form on your screen
3. We have already pre-filled it with your details (but feel free to change them!)
4. Click on Connect and you’re all set up!
5. Now, every time you have to choose a delivery partner, Shadowfax will be visible to you on the screen!
Setting up Shadowfax as a delivery partner
1. While processing an order, you will be nudged to choose a delivery partner
2. When on the screen, click on Add Shipping Partners
3. You will see a nudge to connect with Shadowfax
4. To get the shipping rates, click on View Rates
If it takes more than 30 minutes for Shadowfax to assign a Delivery Executive, your assignment will be canceled automatically and you will be free to choose another delivery partner to overcome further delay in order delivery.
Please note: Once a Delivery Executive has been assigned to you via Shadowfax, the order cannot be cancelled.
Once your order has been successfully delivered, your order status will be automatically updated (and you will receive your payout within 48 hours!)
How is Shadowfax paid for their services?
Assume your customer pays Rs. 100 all inclusive for the order. At the time of scheduling, Shadowfax will show you the delivery rate for the delivery distance (let’s assume it’s Rs. 20 here). When you receive your payout within 48 hours after successful delivery, you will receive Rs. 80 (Rs.100-Rs. 20). Please note that these are just representative prices- you will receive delivery pricing in real time for every order!
Want to unlink your Sell with Minis account from Shadowfax?
While goodbyes are often hard, we will never compel you to use any of our integrated services!
Simply go to Settings, click on Delivery Partners, and click on Unlink. You will be asked to confirm your decision, and once you do so, you will not be shown Flash by shadowfax as a delivery partner unless you choose to link your account with them again!
