Complicated term, right? Let’s take an example to help you understand better!
Let’s suppose that a customer got an order delivered at 11 am yesterday. They then have the option to dispute the order till 11 am today. If they don’t do that, the order becomes a part of tomorrow’s payout cycle.
If the customer got the order before 11 am yesterday, say at 10 am, then they have time till 10 am today to dispute the order. If they don’t do that, then the order will become a part of today’s payout cycle.
If the payout is successful, it goes to the ‘Completed’ Section, if not, it goes to the ‘Failed’ part of the ‘Pending’ section and gets added to the next day’s cycle.
The payout cycles help in tracking the payments of all the different orders that have to be processed on a particular day.
