These tabs show the orders that are going to be delivered.
The tabs here show the order number, time of delivery, number of items ordered, details of the order, customer details and the delivery status. You get an option to chat with the customer here as well!
You can call the delivery partner you have assigned, the Genie delivery partner or the shipping partner via Shippigo here as well!
Opening up the tabs will you give you more information like the complete address of the customer, delivery partner details, item details and bill details.
The difference here is that you can mark an order as delivered once the delivery is complete and voila, your job is done!
