The pending section opens up and shows order summary tabs. These tabs show the different pending orders and the order numbers along with their information. Opening them up will lead you to further details. In case an order is in a critical state, the card will show you the amount of time you have left to accept it.
The tabs display the date and time of the order, the items ordered and the details of the customer along with the total bill amount. That chat icon leads to a direct chatbox with the customer.
