Whether you're a small business owner or an established retailer, Shiprocket simplifies your shipping process by providing you with 17+ delivery partners and services to over 24,000+ pincodes in India. One of the most significant advantages of Shiprocket is that it offers real-time tracking of your deliveries, which is a feature that can benefit both businesses and customers alike. Even if your customers don't have the Swiggy app, they can track their shipments with ease. Is it necessary to create a new account for Minis if an existing account is already in place?
If you already have a Shiprocket account, there is no need to create a new account for Minis. You can easily access Minis by logging in with your existing Shiprocket credentials.
How to connect your store to Shiprocket?
With a few simple steps, you can easily connect your store to Shiprocket and start shipping your products to customers all over the country.
Step 1:
Open Sell with Minis App > Click on ‘My Store’ from bottom bar > Click on ‘Delivery settings’ section > Scroll down to ‘Our Delivery Partners’ section > Click on ‘Connect’
Step 2:
A sign-up form will appear on your screen with your details already pre-filled. (Although you are welcome to modify it as desired!)
Step 3:
After verifying all the details in the form, click on the ‘Connect’ button.
Step 4:
Upon completing the OTP verification, your account will be successfully created.
Step 5:
Click on ‘Verify KYC now’ to verify your KYC, and you will be redirected to Shiprocket's site.
Please Note: It is important to remember that you can only log in using your phone number and OTP on the Shiprocket website to complete the verification process.
This action will redirect you to the Shiprocket website.
Step 6:
You will get the following 2 options to verify your KYC
1. Express KYC - If you chose this option, you can simply enter your Aadhar ( for individuals) or GSTIN (for businesses) number to do an OTP based verification. This takes around 30 seconds to get verified.
2. Document Upload Option - If you chose this option, you will need to upload your ID & Address Proofs. Shiprocket will review your submission and notify you of the verification status. Shiprocket can take up to 3 days to verify your account.

Once your KYC is verified, Shiprocket will appear as a visible option on your screen every time you need to select a delivery partner.
Now, you are all set to start shipping through Shiprocket!
How to ship orders via Shiprocket?
Step 1:
When your order is ready to be dispatched, select Shiprocket as your preferred logistics partner. Enter the dead weight of the shipment, and you will be able to view the available logistics partners within Shiprocket, along with their respective rates.
Step 2:
After selecting your preferred logistic partner from Shiprocket, you will have the option to add money to your Shiprocket wallet if you have not already done so.
Step 3:
Once money is added to the wallet, confirm to schedule the pickup.
Once your order has been delivered successfully, your order status will be automatically updated, and you will receive your payout within 48 hours.
How does payment work with Shiprocket?
When scheduling a pickup with Shiprocket, the payment for all deliveries will be deducted from your Shiprocket wallet.
Please note: It's important to keep in mind that you must maintain a minimum balance of ₹ 100 in your wallet to schedule orders. Additionally, recharging your wallet is allowed within the range of ₹ 500 to ₹ 5000.
