Cancellation Policy - We’ve set this up to save you hassle or time and to protect you from any issues that might crop up later on. There are three main elements of the Cancellation Policy:
- The customer can cancel an order and get a full refund, if the order is not confirmed by you
- The customer is not eligible for a refund if you have already accepted the order
